Project Phoenix

Issaquah, Washington

PP- POND copyProject Phoenix is an extensive and challenging site development residential waterfront project. Proximity to the lake, poor soils and construction below waterline, required auger cast piles and mat slab foundations. Among the plans features are: indoor and outdoor swimming pools divided by underwater swim-thru gates; summer and winter spas; expansive lawns and intimate gardens shaped by stone walls, courts and trellises and by native and tropical plantings. A 350 foot long artificially created stream transects the property and is enhanced by several waterfalls, and cascades flowing through flood controlling wetlands to the shore’s edge.
